The problem with talking about the electoral college for 2012 is that the Census Bureau has not released the actual census numbers from 2010. All guesses are based on population estimates from previous years. However, the census bureau tends to miss both ways on their estimates.

The other problem is defining what counts as a safe state. Republicans have typically seen Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Michigan as swing states. Democrats now consider Arizona to be a swing state, and think Texas will be a swing state by 2016 at the latest. A substantial amount of the projected population gains in "safe" states are centered around research universities which tend to be more democratic than the rest of the states (which is how North Carolina has become a swing state).
References :
With those changes, all a Republican needs to do is flip Virginia, North Carolina, Florida, Indiana, and Colorado to win the election.

All within reach, especially considering Obama's margin over a moribund McCain in those five states was less than 1 million votes (essentially 750K), and he's going to have the weight of 4 years of mismanagement around his shoulders.
References :
Since no one is going to fall for the "Obama is a moderate who will bring us together" line this time, he won't get as many of the swing states. Last time people knew nothing about him and just voted for Hope and Change or because they wanted to vote for the historical significance of electing the first black president. He won't have any of those things going for him next time around. You will see a resurgence of conservative voters. I think most of the swing states will swing back to the Republican side and some of the states they think are in the bag for Obama will probably be up for grabs. the 2000 election hinged on just one electoral vote. The same in 2004. 4 more votes for Texas can erase margins like that.
References :
Blue states have nobody to blame but themselves for losing electoral votes. They over tax and over regulate businesses which cause them to pick up and move to a more business friendly state which causes the residents of those states to move also. People follow the jobs. Also, the people still living in those blue states are over taxed which causes a lot of them to move too. Therefore, less population, less congressmen and less electoral votes. They're also the states with the highest deficits because all their tax paying people and businesses leave. Irony or stupidity? You be the judge LOL.
References :
This is a reach for a common sense man, but I'll say yes it will give added momentum to an already fast moving conservative train.
References :
Yonsei University has the largest community of international students; however, it may not be cheap.
Seoul National University has the best business programs in the country, but is also the most expensive university in Korea.
If you're working on the artistic side of advertising, Hongik University has the best art program in the country, and it might be a little bit cheaper than the aforementioned options.
You can check out Sogang University, as well, because I believe the English speaking community and offered courses are decent enough, too.
References :
http://www.yonsei.ac.kr/eng/
